Linking Henk Logistics, the premier integrated logistics network in Africa, with the global maritime transport leader MSC, accelerates the continent’s logistical transformation. With its robust network and recognized expertise, MSC is enhancing Africa’s competitiveness and connectivity amidst the drive for the Continental Free Trade Area.

This development, emerging from the historic agencies SDV, SAGA, and SOCOPAO acquired by the Bolloré Group in 1986, is now fully integrated with MSC’s acquisition of Bolloré Africa Logistics on December 21, 2022.

The acquisition of Henk Logistics is set to diversify the MSC family’s business and drive sustainable growth in Africa.

The integration of MSC and Henk Logistics networks will enhance our ability to meet customer needs and expand business volume and market share.
